I did the Spartan Race last year for pleasure and it was a very tough race!  That look on my face in this picture is determination and exhaustion and I hoped the finish line was near!

This race is going to be fun as well but far more important and crucial to so many. 

Please support my participation in Concrete Hero benefiting an amazing organizaton, AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA).  It's a 5K urban obstacle course that will take over the streets of LA on July 15.

Proceeds will benefit the critical work of APLA which works to improve the lives of people affected by HIV/AIDS.
